Moray Waste Busters provides a house clearance service in addition to our general free collections. House Clearances are charged at £100 per van load as we aim to help clients clear properties, which usually includes removing items for recycling as well as reuse, hence the charge.
For the fee, the clearance service includes booking the van for the day with potential additional staff as required. The fee is subsidised by the reusable items collected in the clearance, and so we cannot clear properties of items purely for disposal.
