Welcome to Moray Waste Busters. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.
1. General
1.1. This website is operated by Moray Waste Busters Ltd, a nonprofit social enterprise based at Waterford Recycling Centre, Waterford Road, Forres IV36 3TN.
1.2. Our aim is to promote sustainability by selling preloved and recycled goods.
1.3. These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website implies agreement to the updated terms.
2. Products
2.1. All items sold are second-hand unless otherwise stated.
2.2. We aim to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or condition may occur.
2.3. Vintage or preloved items may show signs of wear. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in GBP.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Credit/Debit Cards – Visa & MasterCard.
3.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Collection & Delivery
4.1. Collection:
- Items for collection must be collected in person from our store within 5 days of purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with details about collection.
- If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, please contact us to arrange an alternative. Uncollected items may be relisted for sale after 5 days, and a refund issued.
4.2. Delivery:
- Our delivery service is subject to availability.
- We will contact customers to arrange delivery on completion of a sale.
- We deliver free of charge to addresses within Moray and Nairn.
- Any purchases made from locations outside our delivery area will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Delivery timescales will be discussed when we contact you to arrange delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. Due to the nature of preloved items, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.
5.2. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@moraywastebusters with proof of purchase and photos of any damage.
5.3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days of approval.
6. Privacy
6.1. We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data to process orders and improve your shopping experience.

7. Liability
7.1. Moray Waste Busters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
