Who are we all? All our staff have started off with Moray Waste Busters either as volunteers or job placements! We reuse people too! Our team is close-knit and supportive,
Our operations manager is Phil Mills. He’s been with us for 5 years, initally starting out as the volunteer organiser
Paul Robinson is our main van driver. Paul’s been with us for about 11 years and you’ll probably meet him if you have an uplift or delivery!
Lynn Nicholson is our site and financial assistant, she’s been with us for 8 years
Laura Young is the admin assistant who’s also been with us 8 years, you’ll likely speak to her if you call or email us.
Callum Sutherland is our sales assistant who started volunteering with us 5 years ago and is now employed by us.
Yvonne Whyte is our sales assistant and occasional driver, she’s been with us nearly 2 years now.
Peter Knox also started volunteering with us and is now employed as a sales assistant
James Stewart was another volunteer who is now employed as a site assistant, he also works on our van.
Gareth Campbell is our fully qualified bike mechanic-he’s been with us for 4 years
Ian Murgatroyd is our other fully qualified bike mechanic, he works on the van too!
Frances Andrews is our other driver and sales assistant. She’s a bit camera shy but we’ll get a picture soon!
We also have several regular volunteers and other staff on placements.
All of our staff and volunteers are friendly, approachable and willing to help, just ask!
